Getting your money back
If you change your mind about a product, that's no problem! We offer a 14 day refund policy, from the day you purchased. Any unwanted items must be returned with their packaging unopened and in the same condition you received them in. If something has been opened, unfortunately we cannot accept these as returns, unless faulty. For any quality related issues we will reimburse you for postage.
Please note that you will have to cover the shipping costs for your returned order. If a refund is processed, the original shipping cost will be deducted and the money will be in your account within 30 days. Please contact stu@mani-life.com regarding returns.
